Introduction to Gardening and Plant Medicinal Identification

In this week’s lab, we will be introduced to gardening and key terms related to the practice. We will learn the difference between direct sow, seed starting, transplanting, and companion planting. In this lab, we will begin working with whole foods and herbs by sowing our first seed, along with an introduction to our first medicinal herb. Cotton!
